How do I find my product? 

To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, and left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, and left of our website.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I use a coupon or promo code? 

After adding items to your cart, click the View Cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon or promo code.

How do you deliver my items?

We at whichRug we offer FREE DELIVERY to our customer in majority of UK cities. At the checkout, you will be presented with delivery options available to you. We  know you are excited about your new Rug so we endeavour to despatch all order the same day we receive clear payment so you can enjoy your Rug. For more info, please check shipping & returns

How do we process Returns?

You have 7 days to return your item from when you are issued the return authorization number. Customer is responsible for the courier charge if decide to return purchased item(s). Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original card used to make the purchase. your refund will be processed when the product is received by us in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, with a completed returns label. This may take up to two weeks.

How do I return an item?

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will gladly refund or offer an exchange on any unused product returned within 7 days of Delivery of your order. We may request you to provide us with Proof of despatch and the product is received in resalable conditions. 

If you decided to return your purchased Item, please follow our shipping & return process as described. Once your return process is completed you will be issue a Return Authorisation Reference Number that you need to send out with the product. We will not accept any products arriving without an RA Number. 

What is your Return Process?

  1. Read the above instructions.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Go to Orders 
    1. select the order you wish to return if you want to see the full details of your order; go to step 4.
    2. Alternatively, Click on Return Item(s) button, and go to step5
  4. When the order displayed, at the bottom of the page above Total click on Return Item(s) button.
  5. Please fill in the form and submit your Return Request.
  6. We will review your request and will issue a Return Authorisation number.
  7. Once you received the RA Number Print it and attach it to your package before sending it to us.
